HealthKit Integration

If you choose to connect the App with Apple HealthKit, we will access only the health data you explicitly authorize. This data remains on your device and is used solely to enhance your fitness tracking experience within the App.

RevenueCat Subscription Service

We use RevenueCat, a third-party service (place of processing: US), to facilitate subscription management and in-app purchases. RevenueCat serves as our data processor and helps us:

  • Verify App Store receipts and prevent fraud

  • Process subscription purchases and manage subscription status

  • Restore previous purchases across your devices

  • Sync subscription status between devices signed into your Apple ID

  • Provide subscription analytics for app functionality and customer support

RevenueCat only receives anonymous App User IDs and does not have access to your personal information such as name, email, or health data. All subscription data is processed in accordance with RevenueCat's Data Processing Addendum and privacy frameworks compliance.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you

  • Request correction of inaccurate information

  • Request deletion of your personal information

  • Withdraw consent for data processing

  • Object to processing of your personal information

  • Subscription Data: Retained for as long as your subscription is active, plus up to 7 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes

  • Fitness and Health Data: Retained for as long as you use the App, deleted within 30 days of account deletion

  • Usage Analytics: Anonymized data may be retained for up to 3 years for product improvement purposes

  • Personal Information: Deleted within 90 days of your request or account deletion, except where retention is required by law

RevenueCat retains subscription data according to their data retention policies and may retain anonymized purchase data for analytical purposes as described in their Data Processing Addendum.

International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States where RevenueCat's servers are located. When we transfer your personal information internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place:

  • RevenueCat complies with EU-US and UK-US data privacy frameworks and maintains appropriate technical and organizational measures

  • Data Processing Addendums include Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission

  • We ensure all international transfers comply with applicable data protection laws including GDPR, CCPA, and LGPD

Tracking and Advertising

Our App does not track you across apps and websites owned by other companies for advertising or marketing purposes. We do not share your personal information with data brokers or advertising networks. If this changes in the future, we will:

  • Request your permission using Apple's AppTrackingTransparency framework

  • Clearly explain the purpose and benefits of any tracking
