How to Perform Machine Curls
Setup
- Adjust the seat height so that your upper arms rest comfortably on the pad and your elbows align with the machine's pivot point.
- Select an appropriate weight on the machine. Start with a lighter weight if you are new to the exercise.
- Grip the handles with an underhand (supinated) grip, palms facing up.
- Ensure your back is straight and your feet are flat on the floor.
Execution
- Begin by taking a deep breath and brace your core.
